Bella is on a mission. She will do whatever it takes to get her daughter back, even if means going rouge. Setting her mind to it, Bella does the one thing she has always been known to do : be reckless, for the one she loves. Setting off to the Volturi Ball – uninvited – she goes in search of Renesmee. Alice can’t see where Bella is going, because for some reason, her vision is clouded. But that can easily be explained, because. . .
. . .what she failed to notice was that an unknown companion was following her. . . Jacob Black. He can’t stand being away from Renesmee, knowing that she is being held in a castle filled with torture. Who knows what they’re doing to her? Masking Bella’s escape unintentionally, he goes too. Restless, he follows Bella to the Volturi Ball, going rouge from his own pack, leaving them clueless and unaware.

A. Once at the ball, Bella and Jacob sneak in, Bella in costume, (whether or not they realize both are there – this could be elaborated between Bella and Jacob between themselves. Does not change the plot much. Although Bella is inside the Ball – Jacob is outside, near a balcony) and see Nessie suffocating close to Aro, and not moving. Bella can’t tell if her daughter is alright, and can’t tell whether or not the look on Renesmee’s face is that of one being tortured, or well kept.
B. Then the Romanians set in, along with their companion, Arie, a hired helper. Stefan and Vladimir enter the party, invited by the Volturi – cordially, based only on professional manner. They remain composed and placid, aware of the scene – because they implanted the idea of running to the Volturi Ball to Bella, and all was going according to plan. At their arrival, coincidentally, the ball starts, and Arie stays close to the Romanians while Bella sets off to get Nessie.
C. This is when Nessie excuses herself for some ‘fresh air’. The air of the vampires and their blood drinks sets a bad mood in her stomach, and she must leave for simply a moment. Going out onto a balcony, she gathers her breath, when. . . she sees Jacob, at the bottom of the balcony, looking up to her in awe.
Immediately, she cries out his name, jumping down from the two story balcony (hah, she’s hybrid like that) and runs to greet him, throwing her arms around him in a sweet reunion. Both exchange heartfelt exclamations of missing each other’s and are you alright’s. Nessie, however, seems odd. She keeps on mentioning things about ‘They told me you were this, and you were that. And that you were bad, and that you were evil,’ in hushed whispers, but Jacob can’t quite make of them. Her skin against his, however, tells a deep, brainwashed story of how she’s been fooled and brainwashed into thinking that her family had abandoned her and that Jacob himself loathed her. It catches him off guard. The amount of drilling into her head about the Volturi’s goodheartedness and righteous piety against the Cullens ruthless, cunning tricks for power overcomes him. He senses something deeply wrong.
D. Bella arrives, seeing her daughter reunited with Jacob, and lets them have a moment of reunion before she joins them, one incomplete family once again. But the happiness doesn’t continue for longer. Alec, along with a small fleet of vampires, also joins the threesome below with blood in their eyes for Nessie back from Bella and Jacob’s arms. A small conversation for Nessie begins, as Nessie is confused as to whether or not believe Alec – whom she has small love for – and Jacob – whom she full heartedly loves. Alec, on one hand, has proved to be ‘trustworthy’, and has told her all sorts of things about her family – whom she sometimes refers to as ‘The Cullen’s’ and not ‘her family’ because of her brainwashing. But Jacob holds her back. She can’t go back – not after this. But Alec will have none of it. Aro wants Nessie, and this little mistake won’t happen again.
E. The Romanians, with Arie, however, shadow Alec and his fleet. Hidden, they watch attentively. They cannot be seen by anybody. But Jane arrives with her two companions of vampires at the balcony, seeing the situation below. (MEANWHILE, the ball is still going, with vampires becoming curious as to what is going on. Aro reassures them to maintain the party and to not worry about ‘such trivial matters’.) Bella and Jacob, of course, refuse to give Nessie back. With a mother’s love and a lover’s love to hold her back, they bite at the air towards Alec and refuse to hand her over.

But this is where the Romanians seamlessly join in. Vladimir and Stefan, along with Arie, arrive behind Jacob, Bella, and Nessie like darkness coming forth from the depths. Alec acknowledges them, especially Vladimir, whom he has a bad past with. And while Stefan steps in front of the threesome, Vladimir does something completely unexpected.
He kills Alec. The years of revenge have built up to one, single moment. And he couldn’t help his bloodlust. With a swipe, completely quick without a thought or a warning, without a hello, or anything to give a pause, he rushes to Alec and rips him to pieces.
And the chaos starts.
Bella immediately wraps her shield around Vladimir, Bella, Nessie, Jacob, Stefan, and Arie to protect them from any harm. Jane, atop the balcony, cries out. She has just witnessed her brother dying – and it tortures her. The vampires, opposite of The Romanians and the threesome, approach them – but in doing so, they would have to go over dead Alec. So in a shrill cry, she tortures all of them, bringing them to her knees, trying to protect Alec’s torn body. (NOTE: with the exception of those under Bella's protection). All of them are paralyzed in pain. The two flanking Jane approach the Cullens, going around Alec, fighting Bella and Jacob. Jacob lets go of Nessie to go wolf, but in doing so, he loses Nessie in his arms and a vampire snatches her back. Nessie is in hysterics – she has just seen a ‘trusted friend’ die in front of her, by Vladimir. Arie was sent to control Jane, but seeing as the events play out, she sees that she just needs to get Jacob and Bella out of there. While more vampires come out to attack, Bella and Jacob are outnumbered, and Arie convinces them to leave. Stefan, however, goes up to a very drained and weak Jane, who is in despair and devastation, and brings her along with the group. She is simply a limp body, dead of all feelings – along with her brother. Putting her over his shoulder, Vladimir and Stefan convince them to go as well, as they are seriously outnumbered, and they flee. Without Nessie, it was failed attempt. But Vladimir killed Alec.

Nessie is told by the Volturi just how evil the Cullens are. Vladimir – killing Alec, a trusted friend of all of theirs. This justifies the fact why the Volturi captured Nessie – to take her away from such things. This convinces Nessie of the Romanians evil, and how the Volturi are just innocent people being attacked out of jealousy. Aro proposes Nessie an offer. Become the leader for their hybrid army, in hopes of defeating the Romanians through her unique, beautiful race. The offer confuses her. She has to choose between family, and the new family she trusts.

Bella is furious. She had her baby in her hands. She had her! And the Romanians messed the plan by arriving! She verbally accuses the Romanians after arriving back to a worried and fearful family, who thought they would not come back alive, because Alice couldn’t see where Jacob and Bella went – but they had their ideas. Edward is far beyond relieved to see his wife, and the rest of the family with him.
But Jacob is also furious with the Romanians. The family, who is out of the loop, is confused – but as Edward reads Jacob and Bella’s mind, (NOTE: for Bella's mind, it is up to her as to whether or not she's open to being read) he becomes furious as well and joins their questioning glares. But the Romanians simply stay calm.
And as Edward reads the Romanian’s minds, he can see why. He goes from furious, to calmer and even more worried than before. He sees that Alec is dead. And that Jane is distraught. This means that their creates forces have been dealt with – because Jane has been subdued.
The Romainans calmly continue to explain how THEIR plan was a success. Stefan brings out a lifeless Jane, simply standing with no life of which to move by, and the Cullens recoil in her midst. Bella is immediately on guard, but once she realizes that Jane isn’t going to do anything, they relax. The Romanians calmly tell Bella that her rouge plan of escape was futile, compared to their well thought out plan to kill Alec. With Jane on their side – as she agrees, in despair – they make greater plans for taking the Volturi on.
Human Cultivation. A shape-shifter fleet. The battle had just only begun.
