FULL PERSONALITY ;;Laycee, on the outside seems like she would be one of those happy-go-lucky girls. But really, she is not happy at all, but she makes sure not to show it. She could never explain if they were to ask.
Laycee loves to be in the open air and is in love with poetry, although like most poetic freaks, she does not quote poetry. She loves to be on the beach, with the sun shining on her skin, although she can go rarely, due to the fact that she is a vampire and her skin will sparkle as if diamonds are embedded into her skin.
Unfortuantely due to her past, Laycee is not fond of dark and dirty places. She is also afraid to drink from females, so she mostly drinks from men. Fortunately it is easy for her to get men to drink from, due to her looks. {three paragraphs; include likes, dislikes, secrets, fears, habits, strengths, weaknesses, etc.}

HISTORY ;;Laycee Coraline Meyer was born June 15, 1711, in Paris, France. She was the youngest daughter of a shopkeeper. She and her seven siblings had to deal with alot of drama and poverty. Laycee was treated with a bit more love since she was the baby. And her siblings despised her. They would make fun of her and beat her up. the only one she really cared for was her mother. Unfortunately Laycees father was a drunk and would always come home drunk as anything. He would push around his wife and yell at the children, but he focused mainly on Laycee.
On one particular day, she would remember that day forever, her father was extra drunk. He came stumbling into the house with a bottle of gin in his hand and a sack of money in he other. At first his wife thought it was a good thing, and that he had gotten drunk because he had been paid finally. But unfortunately, it was not for that reason at all. He knew that they would have to sell the house soon due to not having money and had decided to bring the youngest children to an orphanage that would pay him for each child. One of those children included Laycee.
Well, the children left, although they practically had to pry Laycee off of her mother. Within a month, even though they were right down the street, the children knw they would never see their parents again. They were never allowed to leave the orphanage grounds. When the time came and Laycee became 18 she left the orphanage to find her mother. When she returned to the place she once called home, she came to find the house to be abandoned. She tried to find as much information as she could on her mother and what had happened, and soon she did. She found out that after coming home drunk one night her father had become mad and killed her.
Laycee soon started to just roam France, finding no reason to live. That was how she came to know Lance. He soon accompanied her wherever she went and made sure she was taken care of. They had met in a tiny bar and were inseperable. Laycee soon became in love. One day while traveling Lance took her into his arms and asked her if she would want to be with him forever. She said ofcourse, then he took her and made it look as though he was going to kiss her but when he got close enough he forced her head back and sank his fangs into her neck, at first there was pain, then there was nothing.
Laycee awoke, alone and abandoned, she had no idea what had happened, when a man came into view, a human man, she knew of nothing to do ecept attack him. She quickly drained him. She then realized she had no idea where her beloved Lance was and is now searching all of Europe so she may find her love and one day reunite and ask him....why her?
HOW DID YOU FIND US? ;;JaneSAMPLE POST ;;Laycee walked the streets of Rome, wondering to herself if she would ever find Lance. She could hear the sweet sound of accordion music and a nearby party going on. She heard the cackling of drunken women and the men hooting at them while they gave them their money’s worth. Laycee went to go see if she could find anything worth having, as a late night snack of course. She arrived in front of a rundown building with too loud music coming from it, definitely not the same party with the accordion music, but indeed the one with the drunken women. She stepped inside the building, staying close to the walls so as not to draw any attention to herself. She watched as men and women drank drink after drink at the bar, and as people fell on each other and fell to the ground on the dance floor. She found a small able in the back corner and sat down. She picked up one of the grimy menus and pretended to be interested in the dessert selection.
As she looked up from the menu, she saw a dark figure across the room staring at her. She could only see his eyes, as the light from the stage where the drunken want-to-be rapper sang. They were the color of rubies and she could recognize them anywhere. She watched as he walked the rim of the room, never moving his eyes from hers. When he finally reached her table he took her hand and she felt ice.
“I thought I’d never find you,” Laycee said to him.
“I’m sorry,” he said as he bent down, putting his face level with hers. He leaned in but she turned her head so his lips brushed her cheek, sending a chill up her spine. She stood up and led him to the middle of the dance floor. She put her arms around his neck and he put his around her waist. They began to dance, putting all the other couples to shame, before she knew it they were out the door, and walking, more like running, down the cobblestone street, up to her tiny apartment she had recently acquired. They spent the night together, and come morning they had caught up on everything that had happened to them in the last 100 years. When the afternoon rolled around he told her to stay and relax while he went out and got them some “food.” Laycee did as she was told and just sat around thinking of how wonderful she and Lances life was going to be. She hardly noticed how much time had passed.
When nightfall came she began to worry.
Within a week Laycee could take it no longer, she left the apartment leaving Lance a note if he were to return. She retraced her steps with him and then traveled to where they had first met. Though, it didn’t help, she was unable to find him.
Laycee is now wandering Europe, searching for her lost love.
